SPIRIT OF EPIC AWARD

Every year, an esteemed and highly respected award is presented to a distinguished member of EPIC. Along with this prestigious award comes a significant level of honor, respect, and recognition for their exceptional and impactful contributions to the field.

The primary goals of EPIC are: To initiate and foster effective communications among members and stakeholders. To support the development and implementation of comprehensive educational programs. To encourage the advancement and establishment of effective, evidence-based, and rational infection control programs within healthcare agencies. To promote the standardization, critical evaluation, and continuous improvement of infection control practices. To encourage and support quality research focused on practices and procedures relating to infection control.

Do you know someone within EPIC who truly deserves to be nominated for the prestigious and highly coveted SPIRIT OF EPIC AWARD?

Here is the nomination process: First, fill out the form to nominate the EPIC member who best represents EPIC’s spirit and goals. Second, submit the form to send your nomination to the committee.
Nominations are due by September 30, 2025.
The Board of Directors will vote, and the winner will be announced at the Annual Conference.

EPIC Officers and Committee positions holders are excluded from nomination for the duration of the time of service.
